What a Magical Few Days – And How It All Began!

Wow, what an incredible stretch of shows these past few days have been! From gasps of wonder to bursts of laughter, every performance reminded me just how lucky I am. I get to do what I love for a living—bringing a little magic into people’s lives every single day. It never gets old, and it always takes me back to where this wild adventure started.

My love for magic kicked off when I was just eight years old, growing up in Cocoa, Florida. My dad, Bill Cannon, was a school teacher by day and a magician by… well, every chance he got! He cleverly used magic as a teaching tool to make lessons stick. One unforgettable morning before school, he made a shiny silver ball float mysteriously around the room. I was hooked. That single moment lit a spark of curiosity in me that quickly grew into a full-blown passion.

From then on, I practiced every single day. I’d perform for friends, family, at talent shows—anywhere they’d let me! By age 13, I landed my very first professional gig. Walking off that stage, I just knew: this was what I wanted to do forever.

I spent my early years performing all across Florida—from Jacksonville’s beaches to Orlando’s theme-park energy and Tampa’s vibrant crowds. Restaurants, resorts, private parties, corporate events—you name it, I was there, making magic happen.

In 2010, I took a big leap and moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where I built my entertainment company from the ground up. It took off faster than a rabbit out of a hat! Soon I was performing everywhere in the Last Frontier—from Nome’s icy edges to Juneau’s misty shores. Every summer, I headline at the Tanana Valley Fair in Fairbanks and the Kenai Peninsula Fair. I’m also proud to be the resident magician at the Alaska State Fair. Along the way, I’ve popped up on TV, done YouTube features, chatted on popular radio stations, and entertained hundreds of thousands of people across the United States.

In 2017, my wife and I decided to make Scottsdale, Arizona, our home base to grow the business even more and go full-time as a magician and illusionist. Arizona became our launchpad, and now I travel coast to coast—from Alaska’s wilds to Florida’s sunshine and everywhere in between.

I’m not your average magician. My shows aren’t boxed into one age group or style. I offer something for everyone:

I’ve wowed crowds at trade shows to help companies generate leads, and my fundraiser shows have been huge successes. Every performance is high-energy, loaded with crowd participation, and sprinkled with plenty of comedy—because who doesn’t love a good laugh?

That very first magic kit I got as a kid was pure magic to me—so special that I created my own Easy Magic Kits inspired by those exact beginner tricks. They’re now available right here on my website, with four different sets for every skill level, from total newbies to budding pros.
